How to make Rujak Bebek Tradisional
Goal: Rujak Bebek Tradisional
Materials

1. A noni
2. A papaya leaf
3. A peeled raw cassava
4. A banana bud
5. A pineapple
6. An orange leaf
7. A yam bean

1. 3 chilies
2. ½ spoonful of salt
3. ½ shrimp paste
4. 2 garlics
5. ½ brown sugar
6. Tamarind
7. A handful of fried peanuts

Procedure:
- Slice all of the materials and wash them cleanly.
- Put chili, salt, and garlic into the pounder and pound them until mixed well.
- Put shrimp paste, brown sugar, tamarind, and fried peanuts to the mixture before, and pound them all together.
- Pour the sliced fruits to the pounder and pound them as like as you want.
- Serve it in a plate.
